How to solve common questions and issues while using the Individual FoodService eCommerce website.

Lists that are shared with you without editing permissions cannot be deleted. However, you can hide the list so it no longer appears in your My Lists view.


To hide a shared list:


1. Click My Lists from the main menu.

2.Use the Search by List Name field to locate the list (if needed).

3.Once the list appears, select More Actions.

4. Click Hide List.


The list will be removed from your main My Lists section.

If you delete a shopping list that you’ve shared—either with specific users or with all users on the billing account—the list will be permanently deleted for everyone it was shared with.
No. A shopping list can be shared either with all users on the billing account or with individual users, but not both.

Yes. To rearrange items on your shopping list:


1. Adjust the Items Per Page setting as needed.

2. Click Edit Sort Order.

3. Use the Move icon to drag items into the desired order, or enter the preferred number in the Sort field.

4. Rearranging can only be done one item at a time.

5. Once you have completed all changes, click Finish Editing Sort to save your updates.
